Shari Carroll
Owner/Coach
Shari’s love for movement started early, and she hasn’t stopped since! Growing up in Cleveland, she danced her way through childhood, later exploring the hottest fitness scenes in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. Along the way, she picked up elite certifications and the latest trends—but it was a chance workout on a Miami trip that sparked something big. Just one minute into the intense Lagree wheelbarrow move, Shari knew this was the workout Cleveland needed: challenging, revolutionary, and like nothing else in the city.
Passionate about introducing Cleveland to the latest and greatest in fitness, Shari made it her mission to bring Lagree Fitness to the city. She created a space where Clevelanders can experience this transformative workout, redefining the local fitness scene—one cutting-edge workout at a time.
When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find Shari soaking up the Miami sun, enjoying walking her man Hank, or savoring gnocchi at Nino’s.

Jean Nickels
Coach
A Cleveland native through and through, Jean brings over twenty years of group training experience and a deep passion for fitness. She discovered Lagree Fitness and was hooked from her first few sessions, amazed by the powerful, body-transforming results. Now a certified Lagree instructor, Jean is all about helping others unlock their strength and confidence through this high-intensity, low-impact workout.
When she’s not coaching or getting her own workout in, Jean loves spending time with family, diving into a good book, or hitting the pickleball court.
Jean's classes are motivating as she combines expert advice and an inspiring energy to push you beyond your comfort zone.
Becca Stone
Coach
Becca has always had a thing for fitness. After playing college soccer, she spent some time in the corporate world but couldn’t ignore her real passion—fitness and coaching—so she made it her full-time gig. With over seven years of experience, Becca loves guiding clients to discover their confidence and inner strength through their fitness journey. When she found Lagree Fitness, she knew it was the perfect match. It’s a true test of both physical and mental strength, and clients can see real progress.
When she's not instructing Lagree or coaching soccer, she’s probably out running with her husband or enjoying family time at home.

Christine Douglas
Coach
Christine, a proud westside Cleveland native, discovered her love for Lagree Fitness as a Core CLE member before stepping into the role of trainer. A true fitness enthusiast, she’s passionate about celebrating her students’ achievements and supporting them at every step. Christine believes that fitness not only builds confidence but also uplifts every part of life.
When she’s not at the studio, Christine is likely working on her own fitness goals or exploring her favorite local spots like Green Farm Juicery, Mojo Coffee, and Wild Iris. She also loves relaxing with her Maine Coon, Sonny Bear.

Mikaela Faiello
Coach
Mikaela, a Cleveland native, discovered Lagree Fitness while living in Los Angeles and was instantly drawn to its powerful, transformative style. Inspired to share this unique method, she became a Certified Lagree Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutrition Coach, bringing her passion and expertise to the Core CLE community.
When she’s not coaching, Mikaela loves spending time outdoors, creating content, and relaxing with her Bengal cat, Miso. You’ll often find her at some of her favorite Cleveland spots: Revital Med Spa, Sacred Hour, Cleveland Vegan, Gaia Nail Salon, and Propaganda Coffee.
Mikaela’s classes are motivating, inspiring, and uplifting with an emphasis on pushing yourself mentally and physically.
Carly Cohen
Coach
A native of Cleveland, Carly has cultivated a lifelong passion for fitness. As a former Division 1 tennis player, she loves a challenging and effective workout. When she discovered the Lagree Method, she was immediately captivated by its ability to integrate strength, cardio, and intensity into a low-impact workout. She appreciates the toning, challenging, and enjoyable nature of each class. Having the opportunity to teach and assist others in discovering this same passion for Lagree is deeply meaningful to Carly.
When she is not in the studio you can find Carly spending time outdoors, exploring restaurants and coffee shops around the city, and hanging out with
her dog, Benji.
